I saw this photo on www.wunderground.com and must say it is fantastic! How fortunate you were that it was later than expected, as the BNSF engines compliment the dusky sky perfectly and the flash adds the pop it needs to draw your attention. Well done!

Yes, it is the Cushenbury branch leaving Hesperia and heading into Apple Valley.
